Here is how to save your favourite housemate from the bottom.
The Big Brother All-Star Season will commence on 23 July 2023. In anticipation of what will be the biggest Season of Big Brother Naija, we have put together this piece to educate you all about how to support your favourite Housemate with your Votes.

Voting this Season will take place on the mobile and website as well as the MyDStv app and MyGOtv app. Voting on the MyDStv and the MyGOtv apps is open to active DStv subscribers with eligible packages only.

To vote on the website, mobile site, and apps, you will register with your name, surname, year of birth, gender, location, and cell phone number before or during the Voting round.

Voting countries for the MyDStv app, MyGOtv app, web, and mobile site

Depending on where you reside, some Voting platforms may or may not be available to you. An example of this is the MyGOtv app which is only available in seven countries. These countries are Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Uganda, and Zambia.

How to Vote on All-Stars

This season, voting will take place on the website as well as on the MyDStv app. Voting on MyDStv is open to active DStv subscribers with eligible packages only. Here’s how:

On the Website:

  1. First, register to Vote on the Africa Magic website. Visit africamagic.tv/bigbrother
  2. Click on the Vote menu item.
  3. Register by entering your name, surname, year of birth, gender, location, and phone number, as well as your preferred password.
  4. Enter your OTP sent to you via SMS
  5. After registering, you will be able to Vote for your favorite housemate.

You should keep in mind that website Votes are free.

On DStv

For DStv users:

  1. All you have to do is log in to your MyDStv app
  2. Scroll down to the Self-Service section
  3. Tap on BBN vote now
  4. The higher your subscription package, the more Voting points you get

On GOtv

For GOtv users:

  1. All you have to do is log in to your GOTV app
  2. Scroll down to the Self-Service section
  3. Tap on BBN vote now
  4. The higher your subscription package, the more Voting points you get
